We eat here very often. Taste good. However, if you see this young girl, the quality will be very poor, she will only give you 3 or 4 shrimp. Kind disappointed still feel hungry after spending so much money.

Yes, it's chain Chinese Fast Food, but it's just about as good as most of the Chinese places around. That and it's quick and inexpensive. Generally a good experience and something I look forward to.

We eat here quite often, and the food is good. However the last few times we have been, we've had to wait the equivalent of sit down meal times for take out. The last time was almost 40 mins for them to bring our food out too us, after they asked us to move around front as they finished up preparing our order. They had estimated to be done in 4 to 5 mins. This is hard to do, especially if you are in a hurry or just want a quick snack!

The food at the Pinnacle location is always good, but expect to wait if you want to dine there. I’ve never received my food directly at the window, Ive always been asked to pull around so if you’re in a rush maybe consider another drive thru. It’s honestly best to go inside because it’s expected your order will be wrong. Overall, you can trust that the food is good however, the customer service and communication between staff and customers is below average.

Staff member at wonder was not friendly throughout the transaction, but when I asked for soy sauce at the window, she just looked at me. She seemed very rushed and got my order wrong. I ordered orange chicken with fried rice and got orange chicken with chow mein. The mistake isn’t a huge deal to me, but there’s too much competition to be making mistakes plus being unfriendly. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Shocked to our surprise because this usually doesn’t happen at Panda, Our rice was hard and clunked together and in big chunks. Absolutely terrible. Our entrees were not fresh. The one in Kingsport is a lot better. We wont be going back to this one. Visited on March 19. 2022. Food quality not good on this visit.

Food was good, but management is horrible everytime i’ve had a complaint. this time was about how hot it is in there. It’s so hot inside there, AC must not be working. Been there twice in the past week and it’s been extremely hot in there both times which is terrible for people wanting to cool off and enjoy a nice meal. Must also be bad for the staff cooking. supposed to be getting some bad heat waves these next few weeks so don’t go here to cool down and enjoy a nice meal.
