Rude rude staff, telling my wife to move away completely from the front of store despite there being not another soul in sight wanting to order and then give our order to someone else and then we find ah the manager isn't on site!! Cats away the mice will play!? Young Asian with pigtails rudest person I've ever met working in customer service, she seriously needs retraining or sacked, no wonder no one was waiting here!! Surprised they're still in business!!!

Not surprise the KFC (shop after) has a line for order. If I could give 0 start I would. Order bacon cheese chicken roll..there was no bacon in the roll, zero, nada, not even a smell of the bacon..only bbq sauce, tasty cheese not melted cold and mayo..glad there was a chicken at least. The bread was one of the awful bread roll I ever try, probably sit in the fridge for the past week, maybe 2..hard to bite, stale on the bottom, not even close to a normal bread of any other fast food..I guess the competition in the food court in chermside is high but at least during the pick our of lunch, just serve fresh stuff.

Worst red rooster ever. Got a $7 ruins meal for dinner. The potato and gravy was cold and hard. Think it had been sitting there all day. Took it back to get a fresh one. When I got back to my sit it was still cold and hard. They just put it in the microwave. Could not Believe it .Will never go back there Ragain. Red rooster you really need to get you act together.
