This is A GREAT Cafe Neros....( Compared to The Female with A Wolf on her Shoulders..Who Works in the George Street, Hove , Cafe Neros!!! 🤐! ) A Complaint was put in Regarding her Non People Skills!!! Etc and Am Still to get very Far With IT!.....However, I praise Good Service In Any Business...And Complaint Regarding People who Are Rude, Shell Fish and Perhaps should Consider Looking for Some Other Type of Work...!!! 👍
Anyway, In this Western Road, Brighton I have Always Had A Good Experience..even when the Staff are Clearly Under Pressure Etc .... As he was with being on his Own and About 8 to 10 people waiting in A Queue! Well Done to Him....😁

Nice and easy to use with lots of space and area inside and outside for seating. Next to the road where buses are and a good selection of things to have here.

Cake was absolutely delicious. The coffee was great.
The guy who served me was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately his colleague was more interested in chatting with his friends than serving, even though the queue was quite long. The floors were absolutely filthy, covered in crumbs and rubbish. Which is a shame because seriously, the cakes are amazing!

Welcoming staff. The Preston St /Western Rd branch is flooded with natural light and furnished with comfortable seating. The single origin coffee is worth the 30p surcharge. At opening time, 7am M-F 7.30am Sat & 8.00pm Sun, we are greeted with classical music and smile (usually).

Excellent food compared to other cafes in the area, drink was made hot instead of ice but quickly resolved thought still warm upon delivery, staff are eager to help and friendly, seasonal pistachio latte was delicious.

My experience has always been a pleasant and positive one. I must also that the Staff have always been cheerful and courteous, I drink Tea, and have always had a decent cuppa/mug. I personaly like the place.

Great coffee shop ,lovely service ,served by wonderful polite people .pleasure to go in there .Seated by the window to watch the great people of Brighton walking by ...love the service ,latte was hot and full of flavour. THANKYOU .xx trace .
