Had the roast beef, really generous portions and beautiful flavours! Staff were really smiley and helpful and the food came out pretty quick.
Would recommend trying this place out I’m still thinking about the roast potatoes 2 hours later!

Sunday lunch was a lovely plate of food - veggie wellington was very tasty, accompanying veg all beautifully cooked and generous portions. I liked the little touches like a sprinkle do black sesame seeds on the carrots. Wish the prices were just a little tiny lower, but maybe that’s the world we’re in now unfortunately. Going out is getting less affordable. Anyway, if you’re not counting the pennies, the Sunday lunch at the Crescent is excellent and it’s a nice vibe in there too.

Amazing local pub, fantastic food and fun staff. Some good draft beers, a good wine selection and a good selection of alcohol free drinks too, it also has a great beer garden and is dog friendly.

What a fantastic pub, we live just around the corner and moving close to the crescent is one of the best parts of coming to the area.
The food is fantastic and at a great price, especially on their 2-4-1 burger Wednesdays! I also cannot speak highly enough of their roasts, I recently had the pork with some pigs in blankets, and quite honestly, it was one of the best roasts I’ve had in some time!
The atmosphere is great also! A good crowd, friendly locals, and the staff are chatty, friendly, and welcoming. Lara is a particular highlight of the staff, she’s always smiley, fun! It’s a pleasure to see her behind the bar.

My server Abigail was very friendly and accommodating, answering questions about the menu and bringing our drinks promptly. The Sunday roast is very tasty and usually quite busy (might be good to book) with a lively atmosphere, full of children and dogs. An awesome pub with great staff! Remember to tip your waiters x

We were 8 people on a Saturday night , we were looked after really attentively by the staff who expertly waiter served us in a ‘order at the bar’ type pub . The food was great pub food and everyone from the no-alcohol people to the serious beer drinkers was well catered for . Such a great evening !

Great pub, went for burgers where Lara behind the bar made great efforts to accommodate allergies and make sure we were sorted. The quality of the pub is shown by the busy atmosphere on a Wednesday night. Would recommend to visitors and locals.

Really friendly staff and a great find. There is quite a big garden in the back that unfortunately has no heaters but still a very attractive pub with a large selection of drinks. Would recommend if you're looking for a pub away from the crowds.
