Placed an online order, waited the expected time, drove to the restaurant, waited In line only to be told they didn’t start making anything yet, it would be another 15 minute wait. And after all that waiting the fries are cold. Always a disappointment that is the only thing that is consistent. I would give -5 stars if I could

Make sure you check your food for bugs. There was a large beetle wrapped up in the lettuce of my kentucky flatbread. Found it AFTER we ate 2 chicken burgers so God knows if we ate more bugs. Called the restaurant, no answer. Called customer service, they said they would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since.

Chicken was cold and odd cuts tasted like it was leftover from the previous day . Very dry and tough. I love KFC but today was certainly not their best day

Food was horrible, not sure what they have done to the recipe but it's sure nothing like it used to be... no flavour, rubber chicken, bland fries, and the lovely town water fountain pop ..

Ordered the double bucket meal and the reg chicken was so dry you could not eat it ...will be my last time ordering as this is not the first time it was dry like this...you call and they are rude a just blame on someone else.

Went to this KFC tonight and asked for the boneless chicken meal. They asked if we wanted the bucket or the box. We said we wanted the bucket as we knew the box was to small, (my daughter feeds 5 boys plus herself and her husband usually) and a popcorn chicken poutine. We paid for extra sauce for the chicken as they only allot you 2 apparently. We got all the way home only to find out that we only paid for the boneless box chicken meal and we didn't get any sauce...not even the 9 extra we paid for. When we called KFC she said it wasn't their fault because we paid for what we got...how do you feed 5 kids and an adult on that little bit of food. And then instead of taking responsibility for their error and miscommunication, everyone passed the blame to someone else. I didn't pack the bag...you got what you asked for...you got what you paid for...no...we asked for the bucket! My only fault was not noticing there was no bucket before I left that drive thru...but honestly...you should be doing your job! All I was offered for my troubles was 5 chicken strips and the sauces I paid for...so I guess thats supposed to complete a meal to fill 5 growing boys...pretty pathetic considering I paid 40$ and only got a box of fries a small box of popcorn chicken and a handful of chicken strips...had some pretty upset boys when I got home with no chicken and salads to go with!!! Always a disappointment when I visit this KFC

Used to be good, then they started slinging miscuts into the mix. So if you like miscuts, this is for you. Otherwise, I'd stick to either Superstore/Sobeys, or if you're lucky, a Mary Brown's.
