If you hate your job that much, don't show up. I'd rather get told that you're understaffed or even completely closed than to be treated like my children and I are the reason for all your problems. We're customers. Our order was simple. We were polite, didn't waste time, and didn't deserve any of that attitude, never mind part that much for it.

Inside for bk closes at 9 and opens back up at 4:30 a.m. Zero care in the world for truckers wouldn’t even let me order thru the drive thru window because of “safety” issues. Like give me a break guy. Just wanted something to eat but nooo I have to be in a car. 🙄🙄 What a joke.

Had to go here a few times and the order is almost never right. If you want a refund have to literally get on 24 south again turn around and get on 24 north then go in the store!
Staff need to do better! They need better training on customer service and relations.

1 star because it’s the lowest I can rate. Witnessed a manager with lip fillers be extremely rude to employees and customers. Food was god awful the person who took my order was friendly but everyone else was on their phone or either sitting down. Definitely one of the worst bk stores around

Just stopped because I was sooo hungry and I’m still hungry. Had to throw the whole thing out. Onion rings were cold and fish sandwich was so hard they must have had it sitting there for hours. Not to mention the girl taking the order was beyond rude. When will I ever learn.

I've been coming to this BK (Rte. 24 Rest Area) for many years at different times. Today I went there and bought the No. 1 (Whopper combo). I went through the drive thru. On arriving to my home, sat down to eat this whopper, I was very disappointed with it. Of all the BK restaurant I've been to (around the country, the Caribbean, Aruba), the whopper I received has to be the worst sandwich from BK I have ever bought. It was disgusting. No, I did not go back there for a refund. It wasn't worth my time, my fuel, or the wear and tear on my vehicle. I've decided not to go back there ever.

They don’t even deserve a single star.. This is the worst ever burger king I visited with the worst staff. The staff is so bad. I suggest everyone to stay hungry or eat somewhere else but not to eat fro this place. They charge you too much. They don’t have the things and charges you extra. The staff is really stupid. I will never come back to this burger king ever.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This Burger King is absolutely horrible I went to drive-through And they got my order wrong then when I went back to the window they gave me an attitude as if I'm the one who made the food then then when I Bit into my sandwich they put little pieces of bacon in my sandwich that look like they've been sitting in oil and I felt like I bit into a oil sandwich. Then when I called to complain I asked to speak to the manager and his response was Yup I'm the manager.
Completely unprofessional and clearly can care less about customer service whoever is the owner or GM of this location if location should really fix this problem
