Good Evening, I see many complaints on here about forgotten items. Sure, this has occured many times in my experiences at this Dunkin' location. I never complained simply because I knew it was not worth it. Today, however, the service I recieved was unacceptable. At approximately 11:30 AM, I ordered my normal large coffee with a breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. After pulling up to the window, I was greeted by an extremly friendly employee. As she walked away to process my transaction, I heard a loud woman yelling at the staff. She yelled so loudly I could hear it in my car. I then noticed a bag of food being thrown from the cooking area, across the room, on to the counter top near the register. I was astounded by what I saw and hoped that it was not my food. The nice employee came back and picked up the bag that was thrown. As she passed the bag to me through the window, I immediality asked her why my food was thrown across the room. I was then informed, that this was a regular occurence and it is the assistant manager who was behind all of it. I was told that this vile woman had been treating her employees poorly. It is despicable and deplorable that Dunkin' allows managers to treat their staff, or lack of staff, with such disrespect. No wonder this location and many others are so short staffed. P.S. My food was smushed. Not a great start to my morning.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST dunkins i HAVE EVER BEEN TO. they literally always forget stuff and we have to remind them to grab what we ordered. They cant get anything right. Today i ordered hibiscus tea. what'd i get Black. I ordered coconut milk and almost never get it. ill get cream or almond. Allergies are a thing and that could seriously injure someone. My friend and I would rather drive farther than go to this dunkin. You need to re train these people or implement a better system for them to remember what people actually ordered. Like if your confused just say u couldn't hear what the costumer said. its so much better than driving all the way home and realizing your order is wrong. I could literally go on forever.

being passive aggressive to customers because you’re mad they came through at night (way before you closed) is not the way to go. morning crew is much nicer.

I ordered some hot chocolate for the kids through the drive through and noticed all three people had their masks covering nose or mouth, but not both. That is missing the point completely. I assumed that a larger company would have rules about keeping customers safe. I won’t go there again.

I just order a medium coffee with almond milk and 3 sugars, I ALWAYS listen to them repeat it back to me to make sure they heard me right . What I received was a coffee with 3 creams, 3 mocha swirls and a espresso shot. I told the girl this wasn’t the right coffee and explained how it was supposed to be correctly made. She then had someone else make me a knew coffee and when I got that one it was still wrong. I now received a mocha swirl with almond milk and sugar. I VERY NICELY said the coffee isn’t supposed to have mocha in it, she didn’t say anything to me and made me the right coffee( very poorly made). Not one person said sorry for making the coffee wrong TWICE. It was very obvious they were frustrated with me, I don’t know why, I was saying please and thank you the whole time, even though they were the ones that were messing up. I’ve NEVER wrote a bad review before but I just can’t let this one go.
