Giving 4/5 stars to this location because most of my protein was quite burnt, one piece so much so that it was inedible. I could tell that a lot of the staff members here were newer to the job so it’s totally understandable. Other than that, CAVA offers such a good variety of toppings and flavors with tons of plant-based options. CAVA’s one of my favorite fast casual spots because their bowls are always so satisfying and feel guilt-free :)

Great food, friendly staff, clean dining room. Pretty decent portions. I got the spicy meatballs and grilled chicken. Great fresh toppings, flavorful sauces and dips. And if you know how to pick em, they've got a little bit of a kick.
Great vegetarian options as well. Some of people in my group are vegetarian and the server suggested a mix of the vegetarian proteins. They really enjoyed their bowls topped with falafel, sweet potatoes and veggies as their protein.

I love cava! I always do a BYO greens and grains bowl. The flavors and options are great. I feel heathy after eating here because the bowls are well rounded with veggies, proteins, and grains.This particular franchise location is always prepared and the employees are efficient. Props to the management team and employees 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The food is fresh and they have many vegetarian options (roasted vegetables, falafel, etc.). The restaurant was clean and the workers were fast and efficient despite the long line. Lots of choices to make a unique and custom plate of food. Start with a base (greens, grains, or both) and go from there. However, the food is pricey (around $12 per bowl without any additions), and the portions are small. We were both hungry after cleaning our plates.

It wasn't busy when I went there so the time from ordering to having my first bite of my bowl was a breeze.
The food tasted fresh compared to other locations.
The Mexican soda was interesting. It is basically a foamy flat soda. Not my favorite.

CAVA is amazing every time I visit. I pray that they open more locations in New Brunswick. It’s most definitely the most healthiest fast food in my opinion. Way better than Chipotle or any other spot that guides you in building your own food bowl. If CAVA was close to me even a 10 mile radius I’d go more often. I highly recommend

Really not a fan of rating chain restaurants, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. It's healthful food and you can customize it to your dietary needs or get one of the recommended bowls. Food has always seemed fresh, and this was the first time I had white sweet potatoes!

This place is the best fancy fast food place ever. Workers here can have an attitude and cheap with the portions but you can just tell them to give you a bigger portion
