Just stopped at the 7-11 on Boyce Road and I couldn’t even believe how rude the clerk was to me. Was trying to cash in an instant lottery ticket so I could purchase some food because I didn’t have my purse. She pretty much told me fu I don’t have time, lottery comes last. Very poor customer service. And correct me if I’m wrong do they not make money from the lottery? Won’t be back and I will spread the word on your no good customer service.

Went in to cash in my companys winning lotto tickets and the blond women who I think is the manager just went off on me. All I asked was for her to print me one ticket for my company and then a separate ticket for my personal use. She told me she didnt have time for this (there was no one behind me in line). Then while still being an ignorant witch decided to take my company's winnings and use it to pay for the drink I was buying then threw the change on the counter at me. Joke is on her...I was planning on coming back and buying more then $200 worth of lottery tickets during lunch but I'll never go back there. I only hope I win some money of significance so that I can go back and tell her she missed out on her cut because she was being an idiot!

Just stopped in to cash in $25 in lotto and grab a snack. The lady working told me she didn't have the $ to give me(after watching me scan all my tix) and to come back in an hour, she would have $10s and 20's then. Really? Well, that just cost them a sale and my future business. I don't have time to come back in an hour. I'll go to Giant Wagle where I'm sure they'd gladly give me $25 to spend at their store.
