I've passed by here a hundred times and always thought this local dive just HAD to be good. But I was always on my way to or from somewhere and hadn't had a chance to stop in. I finally stopped in today just before closing to see if my instinct was right. And yes it was.
The staff were great and did not treat me like I was a nuisance for stopping by at 5 minutes to closing like some other places do. Of course I ordered to go though to be respectful of their operating hours.
The turkey sub was fresh and delicious and now that I know they're open for breakfast as well, I'll definitely be returning to try that menu. Thanks Creekside for a great experience!

Exactly what you expect from a real deal local restaurant. Will not disappoint, no nonsense, unpretentious, say hey, chill, and eat a decent meal. Cash only. Had the Tuesday manager special. Biscuits and gravey, excellent biscuits, good gravy, sausage patty actually above par. 2 eggs over medium (in the south, I have learned that might get you firm whites and runny yolks). And a side of the best home fries. Perfect crispy outside tender inside. Breakfast to 11, then its lunch time. Will go back. I really want to try their Philly cheese steak. For a real down to earth place to eat, Creekside can't be beat!

Today was my second or third time here. Today is the first time trying breakfast. Wad seated immediately served promptly, and food came out very quickly.
Our server was great, and food was good and honestly priced. We will be back for sure.

The best server in the world works here but I didn't catch her name. the hot dog was terrible...almost entirely bread, but our server was so delightful she completely made up for it. Excellent job, whoever you are! I hope you get a huuuuge raise.

The food was delicious and the staff was so pleasant!! I do hope the owners can find the resources to invest in the inside seating, tables and decor as everything is very old and worn. Even cracks and tears in the seating. But honestly, the food and people are so great that I still have to give it a full 5 stars.
