Ihop

I got the gluten-friendly pancake combo. First time getting GF at IHOP, and they were good but asked for some "fresh blueberries." I was brought this bowl of 'compote,' which I assume is blueberry pie filling. Um, not even close to "fresh," IHOP! Didn't even try it. Typically full of high fructose corn syrup, loaded with sugar, and also often a hidden gluten source, so if you get these and must be gluten free then keep that in mind! They add batter to their eggs as well, which I already knew, but my waitress seemed curious after I requested that, even though I had already requested gluten friendly. I asked if they still did (since it's been YEARS since I've been to one) and she answered yes and I had to explain why. That pancake batter has flour. Which has wheat. And gluten. Staff needs better training. Plus the "fresh" fruit I did get was not all that fresh and my sausage cold. Was overall disappointed and not sure if I'll go back.

worst IHOP I've ever been too. my husband never got his pancakes my chicken bacon sandwich had no bacon and outer appetizer took 20-25 minutes. no manager around and no teamwork from the other staff to help the new server we had but our server was so wonderful and she was new so good job girl! literally she was thee only good part of our experience here

We stopped in just after lunch, hostess seated us in a section without a server. It was 10 minutes to get a servers attention, and 30 minutes for our order to arrive. Some of this might be explained by a big lunch push, but there was only 5 tables occupied. There was literally more staff than customers and we still received this level of poor service.

My family and I eat there this morning and we are not from here and wanted to have a family breakfast to start our morning. When walking in, There was only one lady as waitress and she had hard time handling all of the customers that was flowing in all at once. Some of them walked out. When we got our sets. She brought our drinks and was so overwhelmed she almost fell with the drinks. When we got our food. There was hair in our food. Got another plate and my eggs wasn't fully done. I was really disappointed. We don't have IHOP back home and was looking forward to having an amazing breakfast. We was disappointed that there wasn't any help for the lady and and food and the hair in our food was not cool.

It's IHOP , so you know what to expect. We arrived at 10 am and waited fifteen minutes for a table. Not a problem for us, but it bothered other couples waiting with us. There were empty tables, and I observed three servers. Our was an older blond lady and she did a good job. Good was not hot but omelette was warm. Pancakes cold. For me that's fine because I am not eating pancakes until last so they would room temp anyway.
