The location at 950 Lumsden is in dire need of retraining. I'm a long time perks member and spend a lot of money at your chain. I specifically used ride the app to order my food, so it will get made correctly. I like your wake up wraps and order them with white cheddar, I ordered ahead on the mobile app, I get there and they have to re-ask me what I was waiting on (My food hadn't even been started) then they gave me the wrong food. I had to go inside and get it corrected, so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to remake my food. In the mean time, a poor elderly lady was standing there waiting for her food and they forgot to make her order. The young lady at the front counter with blonde hair, was very rude. She was actually arguing with another costumer, who was being very polite and trying to explain what she wanted to order. It is a very poorly run location and needs some help. The only person who apologized for getting my food wrong was the girl who made the food. Customer service should be number #1 for any business.

Great customer service. Everything is always fresh. Highly recommend! The new refresher drink are pretty good too.

I came here because of the positive feedback from my friends and I'm not disappointed. All of the staff are very charming and welcoming throughout my stay. They have a strong WI-fi connection and the music they play is very mellow and very relaxing. The coffees they served are very sweet with a cookie which is very perfect to pair. Highly recommended!

Very friendly service!!! And as usual tasty donuts.. 😋..It is close my home, my kids love this donut shop.. a free WiFi gives you more options to work/enjoy the donut at the shop for a while... I recommend!!

I go into work at 3 am. I always stop here for my coffee. Not Anymore! With covid19 being at an all time high the workers at that time are no longer wearing their mask. One day her nose was out the next no mask period. Not worth the risk.

Asked for a chicken, cheese and bacon croissant and I prefer with the cheese melted but unfortunately it wasn't as hot as it should have been. BTW the latte was great!!!

that was the best dunkin experience i’ve ever had. the staff was very nice, my food is good, and i got to wave at a sweet women with her dog through the drive through window :]
