i never usually leave reviews on anything but this is the best fish n chips/kebab ive ever had. the food is absolutely delicious and cooked fresh, the owner/cook is really kind, and the prices are really reasonable and the portions are huge. i dont think anything will top this place for me honestly :)

Fish cooked fresh, chips were lovely and side's were nice. We were a party of six staying in the area overnight and all impressed with quality of food. I had Haddock, another person had Rock and the rest cod. All really nice, and deserves the good reviews. Also reasonably priced and huge portions.

Parking not great and choice of already prepared food not great for an early evening visit but I dare say they would have cooked anything I wanted if I had time to wait. Nice staff who were happy to chat while my food was being wrapped.

amazing fresh food, his chicken nuggets are also home & hand made and all staff that’ve worked there including ernie himself are so loving & approachable by far the best chip shop in a 30 mile radius!!!

They had an offer on which was £1 for a good size portion of chips. They were nice and so was the curry sauce I got.

A wonderful experience! The food was awesome! Fish and chips were nice and crispy, not greasy at all! The service was great...owner was very pleasant and friendly...place was very very clean...had to go back next day to make sure food was as good as I thought .. yep awesome!!!

First visit, not the last. Earnies is a small and unassuming fish and chip shop, but wow!
A very friendly welcome, a bit of a wait while everything was cooked fresh. The result was some of the nicest chips and doner kebab I have had in a really long time. Don't be fooled by the slightly dated appearance, Earnies is a proper tasty little chippy.
