This is an excellent, very conveniently located branch of Costa in the very heart of Braintree Town. The food was fantastic and the coffee was perfect. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional throughout, and they were polite even when super busy.

Good service, indoor seating available. Covid check in and hand gel available. Looks small from the outside but opens up to a good size for safe seating.

I very rarely drink coffee but after stopping at Braintree,s Costa I think I will change my mind.
The shop has a cosy seating area that has a nice relaxing atmosphere.
The coffee I had was a flat white which was actually quite nice to me who is someone who does not like coffee
I will give this Costa another go and maybe try another type of coffee.

Costa Coffee in Braintree High Street has a small entrance but a lot of space inside. It is a Tudor style building and is a good place to have coffee and snacks.
Prices slightly above other cafes but worth the extra. Nice staff to serve you. They have comfortable settees, chairs and tables. I did not see any parking.

I now start my day here, every single day for nothing else but the staff, even before I start work, all the staff are friendly and smiley, putting me in the best mood for the day. Special mention to Holly and Vicky, best service iv had. Will see you all tomorrow.

Used to enjoy going there but not anymore . Is expensive and no napkins offer to the costumer even when you by food ... we have to ask for them . I bought a cappuccino in my own cup , they served my order and just hand it to me in that way . The pic was taken inside the store . Hated and honestly we have better coffee shops and better costume assistance.

Plenty of seating hidden away to the rear of the counter in the lovely beamed old property. The Flat White I had today was one of the best I've had from any Coffee place, including some very highly rated boutiques in London.
