Monday- Friday staff gets the 5 stars. Perfect coffee every day. The weekend however.....not so much. Seems like they don't know the difference between the swirl flavors and the flavor shots....good luck if you order on a weekend, especially in the afternoon.....

I rode my bike from Hull through the back roads to get here and I was relatively hot from my bike ride and I merely needed a cup of ice water to cool down. I was pleased that the counter girl didn't say I had to pay for the cup and or that it's extra for a styrofoam cups. Some places do that just to make a buck. But anyways I was served my Ice water and I was on my way. Overall a very nice experience. I would go there again in the future.

Wouldn’t let me 3 year old son use the bathroom despite me being a paying customer. Bought something specially so he could use the bathroom and they refused him. Just zero

This location specifically is by far the worst Dunkin in Braintree!! I have been there quite a few times and when I order my coffees, they always get it wrong even when I repeat the order multiple times. They even mess up my sandwiches!! HOW?!?!?!?

Stop in at this Dunkies every day to pick up my husband's black coffee. Love the employees, always friendly.

Staff is kind friendly it's a smaller Dunkin Donuts but of the smaller ones it's definitely one of the best that I've been to
