Coffee was good. Shocking that Costa still has not fixed the app to notify you of an automated cancellation. So you arrive and no coffee waiting. Not the store’s fault; poor (or purposeful?) app design.

Great drinks also a little slow and a que due to drinks being made and not alway enought staff. But never have a problem and it's clean and tidy

Not the best Costa I have been to, horrid seats. However, good gluten free range and good views from windows. Disabled access poor saw a group struggle with escalator so they tried the stairs, but had to give up. This is because Costa is first floor of another store. May be there is a lift, but nobody from store or Costa went to their aid so I take it there isn't a lift. There is another Costa in town on street level.

Good location, much less wait as it’s hidden away from the other Costa in town which gets really busy, only ever get takeaway coffees so I can’t comment on table service but staff are good to me
