Jersey Mike’s subs are alway good, but I absolutely enjoyed the great customer service we received from Eric tonight. He had a friendly greeting and was very patient with my order (pregnancy craving request). Really nice to have service like this so close to closing time.

The sandwiches were OK, my mom had an Italian hoagie and I had a steak sandwich. Both were not very large ( we did order the smallest size) and while they were tasty, they were very expensive for what we got.

Ordered on line. Did not have bread I wanted. Waited until I arrived to tell me and see if I wanted a substitute. Third time this has happened to me. 3 strikes Mike is out.

Became a fan of Jersey Mikes due to the freshness of their cut meats. And they build such a heavy sandwich, that it’s worth the extra couple of bucks. I’ve tried their Italian and it’s hands down thee best. Love going to this spot on Woolbright.

Busy place with online orders constituting the majority. Nonetheless, the staff was very quick, efficient, and accurate. I have to admit I was surprised they were able to nail every one of our 5 subs perfectly at the seemingly frenetic pace. As always the ingredient quality was excellent, and the sub delicious as a result.

I always place my orders here because its literally 6 min from my job, but today i was really disapointed. i placed my order at 12:00 to pick up at 12:57...i got there around 1:03 and they skipped my order and nothing was ready...i had to sit there and wait 20 min while my lunch break is only 30 min. THIS IS WHY I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER. VERY UPSET.

It's unbelievably busy here the food must be super good. Doordash lunchtime waits are insane though if you're a dasher and it's not ready just leave.
