Mcdonald's

Came here on a road trip for a quick lunch. Walked in and the place was completely disgusting. Of 9 tables only 1 was clean enough to eat on. The drink station is covered in trash wrappers and soda. The napkin holder was completely empty. There are bugs everywhere and food all over the floors. One of the team members had visible dirt under his finger nails. My order came out wrong on top of all of that. I can’t express enough how disgusted I am.

Horrible service. Guy took my order. Just fries. Brought them out and I’m standing there. He put them on counter and walked away. I asked if they were mine and he kept walking away never looking at me. He said yes. I said thank you. He never acknowledged. Need to work on customer service. 🙄. Fries cold. Nasty bathroom

They seemed as if they've never served a black man before. First the young messed up when taking my order by giving me a milkshake when I wanted a chocolate sundae. Secondly they were unable to refund me the difference. Third they gave me a medium fry and a large fry box. Also the customer service was horrible. The entire exchange was a complete disaster.

Not terrible in that the food was good and the service wasn't bad. It seems they never check the ticket because I always have to remind them of something else I ordered but hadn't received. Today it was a large tea, but it's not like they refused me the tea or anything but they always question it as if I'm not being truthful. THEN they check the ticket and see that I am being truthful, I just think to myself why not check the ticket before you hand me my order. Saves us both time and energy. Still not a bad experience.
