Burger King

I just picked up some breakfast food. I normally go inside but there was no one at the drive thru so I took a chance. Took about 10 seconds to order. Rolled up, paid and the pleasant young lady handed me my bag. The whole process took less than a minute!! Got home, everything is in there. Nice and hot. Only problem is my grandson is eating everything before I even get a bite! Thanks for the excellent service and food!!!

This weekend I went to this Burger king, the person that took my order was rude. Wait time ridiculous they had several customers waiting it took almost an hour before I got my order. To make matters worst I ask for some barbecue sauce and the lady said since I didn't buy chicken nuggets couldn't get any, if I wanted any I had to purchase separately this after I bought almost $100 dollars in food. Never going there again they definitely lost a customer and I'm sure I won't be the only one several customers there heard the way she spoke to me and they actually told me to report her.

Drive thru expect a 15 to 20 min wait if its lunch or after 430 pm weekdays.. This restaurant needs training on customer service..The lady at the drive thru said "here" and handed me my order today, 5/11/22. As a 16 yr old, I worked at Burger King 25 years ago in Hampton Virginia. This BK in Bowie Md off off Route 197 needs re-trained match n personnel.

I go through the drive through ans ask for no onions and no cheese and I wanted fries with no salt. They tell me that's a special request I have to come on the inside. I go to all other burger kings and have no issues but this one always have issues. I won't be coming back to this restaurant rhe service is always horrible its like they have a rich owner and this is just a tax write off for hik because he doesn't care about the service or quality of food. Worst Burger King in the DC area!! And I hate it's the only one on my way to church or work.

The food is always good. Update March 10 2022, tonight me and mom got their new Whooper melt cuz she wanted to try it and we got home and its smaller than i imagined and if u want the meal it will cost you about 9 bucks so for both of us it was 18 bucks, its good but not worth the price. I can get a whopper meal cheaper than this

The young man and I am saying that nicely but he was very rude. He shoved my food at me and closed the window in m face. Not everyone has the ability to work with people and maybe he is one of them. If he was having a bad day, he should not have been working the window. This took place on March 12 approximately 2:30 in the afternoon. I wish I had his name I would make sure I don’t go to that Burger King when he’s working.
