Ihop

I've been coming here for years however on my last visit While I was sitting facing the kitchen I could see see that the cook was actually wearing plastic gloves texting on his phone in those same gloves and cooking food with those same gloves. How can I trust that this restaurant's employees are properly sanitized and washing their hands.. This Will be my last visit

We went I guess at a bad time. DON'T go on HOLIDAY!!! This was Father's Day! They were BUSY we didn't see our server hardly at all, we did get our food, I can't say it was all correct but we got it. We had to stop him one time when he was going by to get us refills on drinks and he didn't bring them back someone else brought them. Then we had to track him down again to get our check, he never came to get the payment so my daughter assumed she had to wait in the long line out front to pay the bill after waiting 15-20 there she was told no she doesn't pay her bill there she has to go back to the table and find the waiter and pay him. SOOO!!! She had to go back and ask someone to find her waiter so she could pay her bill. He after a bit came over. He also had NO personality at all, I can't see how they can have someone like that working there treating there customers like this. Not good for business!

Worst experience tonight. I walked in with my children at 11:15pm happy that this location is close to us as it is the only one around us that is open 24h . We were told upon arrival that they were closing at midnight (but the bright sign above the door says 24h..??). The kids and I were excited to try the special minion menu and didn't plan on being there all night anyways so it was OK with usWell, tough luck! We were told by the beyond rude lady that the minion menu is NOT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS!....?!?!?!??? At that point we just left. I just drove by at 12:15pm and even though the "open 24 hours" sign above the door is still lit the place is dark and the door is apparently locked. WTH?!?

Do not order food for pick up not to be confused with delivery. The food was cold and when I asked if they could cook the order again while I waited I was told they could- but then 15 min later the greeter handed me someone else’s order first and then my same old cold food. You would also assume 2 strips of soggy bacon would mean just that not 2 soggy pieces from one soggy strip to equal 2 soggy pieces bacon. Perhaps if they spent lest time debating with the serving staff on who would receive a table next - the multiple greeters could perform a little quality assurance on their customer orders. I’m really disappointed I have been eating at this ihop for over 10 years -smh
