Love eating here ....always relaxed and friendly. Every meal has been superb.

I would like to thank you all but particularly to Eddie for such a fantastic day. We went to Riverside to celebrate my birthday last Saturday and his service and dedication was excellent.

We enjoyed a lunch on my birthday. Lisa was our waitress and was super friendly and attentive throughout- thank you !food and drink was lovely too

Went for dinner on a Wednesday night on the way back from an evening on the beach. We had booked the conservatory but they weren't busy and we would have sat anywhere.
Drinks/food orders taken quickly (very good Sandford Orchards cider!)
Starters mains were all very good although prices rather high and one main portion a little small.
Very friendly/helpful servers throughout - we would certainly visit again.

Couldn’t fault the whole experience really. Came for a family dinner. Service was excellent (coped with a big party of us with charm!). I had the squid and sea bass. Big portions, tasty well presented food. Kids enjoyed their mini burgers. Nice that the kids menu has had some thought put into it. Espresso martini was 10/10.

Booked this restaurant for a family reunion. There were 14 of us. Never easy catering for such a large group, but all food arrived together and was great. Our server Eddie was fantastic. Great menu options. Would definitely eat there again. Pork and scallops is a fantastic dish!

The very first time we found to pub after a holiday in Bournemouth it was rammed and the service was terrible.
Around 2018ish.
We were there early October and it was the normal great service you would wish for.
The dogs were made a real fuss over as normal.
We always look this pub out as a great end to our Dorset holiday.

The food was nice, but I visited in a very sunny Sunday so the restaurant was very busy which meant the service was slow. Generally it was a good meal and the service was friendly. Bonus is the place is dog-friendly!

Had a really tasty meal with great wine (Pork belly with different gorgeous sides as a part of the dish to accompany it), the view from the restaurant is beautiful, the lighting and ambiance were great, and Lisa who served us was attentive and friendly. Would love to visit again
