I got The engineer sandwich Was very tasty! Came with a pickle 🥒 Michael Was very professional and Nice! Place Was clean and service Was fast. I'll be back.

Food is good; I love their meatball subs! The staff is always friendly and kind. We had an issue with a delivery order that got cancelled and the GM called us back to get the order worked out, and even offered us a complimentary sub.

Decent service and good sandwiches. I was interested for their sandwiches after getting a T-Mobile offer for free sandwich. The service person was confused with the offer, but took it in any case.
I tried the day before my visit, but perhaps due to snow storm at the time, they had closed for lunch. That was disappointing, but I hope the staff stayed safe.

I ordered a turkey bacon ranch and I absolutely did not get that. When I picked up my order they said they were closed…my sandwich has no turkey on it, wasn’t toasted, doesn’t have what I ordered on it. What was supposed to be a turkey bacon ranch sub ended up being roast beef I think. I would have checked had I felt like I had time and wasn’t being rushed. Their hours say until 9pm this was well before they closed.

BEST SUB AROUND! I am a regular here and I have never had a bad sandwich. The bread is always fresh, meat is fresh, and vegetables are great. I even order large company orders from here and the orders are accurate and timely plus they label the sandwiches so we know who's is who's. I would come here if I was you.

This location has really gone downhill. They've been short-staffed the last several times I've come in. I work very close so this was one of my regular spots to grab a bite during the lunch hour. Today, I waited 30 minutes after ordering to get a sub that wasn't even toasted and was missing the bacon I had asked for. And, they always forget the pickle. The employees seem nice and are doing what they can. This seems more like a management issue. How are you not fully staffed during the lunch hour? Go to Potbelly next door. They're always good and consistent.

Horrible experience! I’ve been in this place a couple of times and it’s always the same i will definetly not be going back after this. The restaurant is always messy and the manager kyerstin is aways wearing her hair down which in my experience if your in the food industry that is total NO. Today there was a hair in my sandwich!! It was already a messy sandwich and the meat tasted very old on top of that it was made wrong! When i called the store no one answered( no surprise there ) since they never answer the phone anymore. I have tried to go in for lunch on weekends and even though the sign says they open at 10:30 they are never open at that time on weekends. I would be totally embarrassed as the owner of this place having someone like her as manager. This store has really gone downhill with her running it!

Good, quick and fresh sandwich. All types of ways to customize your order. If the choices are overwhelming just order one of the house specialties. Location is usually very clean. Great customer service. I believe they offer catering as well. A good alternative to other sandwich chains in the area. Don’t miss Firehouse Subs!
