Pizza Colore

Pretty cool place. The entire "kitchen" is straight in front of you while you are in line so you get to see the pizza get made right in front of you. Employees are hard working and friendly. Prices are higher than I would like to pay on a regular basis but are low prices for Pearl Street. I got a 12" pepperoni and shared it with my son. It was ~$16.50 after a $2 tip. It took around 12 minutes for the pizza to be finished and brought out to our table. I ended up getting another slice because I was still hungry after eating 5/8ths of the pizza. The slice had a 3 toppings and was $5.80 including a 1$ tip. All the pizza was very, very good.

Friendly counter service NYC style pizza by the slice, bur at around $5 per piece. The thin crust had a nice crust edge, but was totally limp in the middle and almost soggy, the pizza sauce was tasty. There was not much cheese on it but it had that "good" pizza oil/grease flavor that makes it enjoyable.

Omgoodness!! I am sooo pleased with my family’s experience at this little ducked off pizza parlor in Boulder. I love that you can pick the color sauce. I made my pie with pesto sauce, roasted peppers, banana peppers, and basil. My children had a Hawaiian pie. I wish I/we could eat there everyday. Thank you for a fun time after visiting the mountains.

The best pizza in boulder, from the crust to the sauce/ cheese metroplex, they have it down. My roommate and I exclusively go there for pizza. There is not another pizza that compares in boulder, and if you think cosmo's is better than you should not be eating pizza. Within a year, my roommate and I managed to collect most of our used boxes as seen. The slices are good, but I'm a pizza pie kind of guy and their pies don't lie! The best in boulder hands down. Their meatball heroes are excellent too. Their white pie pesto drizzle is unmatched, but everything they offer from pizza to meatball hero to cannoli to service is great. An authentic pizza experience.

Easily the best meatball sub you'll have in boulder! They don't fall apart like subways do since they slice the meatballs in half so they don't slide out. They make them so big it's still about the same size as a normal meatball when you bite into the sandwich. I can't speak as to how good their pizza is since I only ever order the meatball sub. It's an Entire lunch for only 10 bucks, you can't ask for much more plus its all locally owned!

This place is absolutely marvelous the people are very nice and friendly. And their pizza crust is really good and they have a mass selection especially since I'm vegetarian now. It's literally the only pizza place I go to since I've been in this area. If you're in the Pearl Street Mall and you're hungry for pizza I highly suggest you visit this establishment thanks again.
