Delivered a boxing machine here on 4-22-22 on my semi truck. People here were extremely nice. Even gave sime samples of tea while i waited. I was nevwr a tea drinker but this was great. I think they turned me into a tea drinker. Also I was able to watch the lune with the tea being packaged and i must say i was impressed how clean everything was inside. I have been to many food manufacturers before and this may have been the cleanest. Ill say they gained a new customer as I will be purchasing their products for sure.

Very interesting tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the company and their teas. The tour had a lot of good information and the length was just about perfect. They had some sampling before the tour started, which included a wide variety of teas, including both hot and cold. I would recommend it for anyone in the area who had even a slight interest in the company and their teas.

As a supplier of machined parts for the Celestial's maintenance department in Boulder, CO, DO NOT, and I mean, DO NOT provide any services unless you collect COD as getting paid is unlikely. CJS Machine consistently has problems getting paid from Andrew and Steve in the maintenance department after they placed orders for machined parts. They owe us over $6000.00. Their order was even discounted $1500.00. Let's pay for your precision machined parts Celestial Seasonings! We are a small shop and have financial commitments just like you, but on a smaller scale. Numerous attempts to get paid have gone ignored.

I am a forever customer of Celestial Seasonings, especially their Fast Lane tea which I was able to buy here by the caseload. It’s a must stop if you’re in the Boulder area. They offer a tasting room and a free tour and there’s things that you’re going to taste, smell and see that you’ll cherish as a memory long after you’ve left. The store has a variety of teas, accessories, Celestial Seasonings souvenirs, honey and so much more. I will definitely come back and visit again if I’m in the area, it’s just a fun thing to do. It’s so calm and peaceful here.

Really cool awesome free tour. Totally worth it. Cool history. This is the only factory in all of the world. You get to tour the packaging and see where they storw herbs and teas. And of course the mint room. Dont rub your eyes! Kids 5 and under not allowed. Tons of free samples of almost all of their offered teas. Really cool gift shop. Your ticket for the free tour is a sample tea packet. They also have a cafe to get grab to eat if you would like.

Even though we are locals, we love this free tour! They always have new tea flavors to sample and the tea gift shop is delightful. All the samples of tea before the tour are free so when you're ready to buy in the end you know what you'll really enjoy. Brought my ninety year-old mom here and she loved it. Do the tour and stay for lunch in the adorable Cafe. (Check out the time so because I don't think the cafes open on the weekends.) The art work all around you will put everyone in the happiest of moods.

So disappointed in Celestial seasonings selling out the prairie dogs and the entire company character. Now they are owned by a parent company Hain Celestial Group, who does not care about Boulder or the prairie dogs they used to incorporate into their Company tour shop… it’s heartbreaking that they sold their protected prairie dog area to a developer to build high density apartments… :(. So very disappointed in celestial…. Will never again buy their products… and actually tossed a lot of the tea we had purchased before this mess.

A favorite place to visit when I'm in the Front Range. The tour is free and includes watching a film about the company and a walk through the actual factory. You will see lines of teas being blended, as well as bulk ingredient storage. I enjoyed standing in the mint storage room (great way to clear the sinuses). Their tea room has a large variety of teas that you may sample for no charge. The store has many teas (some that aren't found in stores) as well as other gift items. All the staff were beyond friendly. Celestial is my favorite brand of tea, and I appreciate the effort they put into letting the public learn about their product.
