I am a super fan of their taco boards. I also love restaurants that give you chips and salsa. One of my favorite spots for lunch or to hang out. They were also amazing at supporting all of us that lost homes in the Marshall Fire. Tacos always make life a little better. Thank you!

A bunch of positive reviews was the reason I showed up-- here is a bad one. Food not too bad. Service was some of the worst I've had. I wish I knew the server's name; nonetheless, orded an appetizer that never showed up. No water refills, no coffee refills, I had to tell them I was ready to order the entree. Honestly, the server was just too busy taking care of the outside customers but could care less about the interior.

Loved the atmosphere! Our waitress was friendly, fun and attentive. The food was DELICIOUS. Best nachos I have ever had. And they definitely do not skimp on the alcohol in their margaritas. We waited a bit for an outside table instead of being seated right away inside, and it was definitely worth the wait. Can't wait to go back!

Centro in Boulder was great, we just went back last week to celebrate our daughter getting out her driving permit.

Delicious salsa sampler as well as main course meals. We were not sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Everything was exceptionally flavored and reasonably priced. There was a long wait on the holiday weekend but this was all worth it.

I had a great experience with Centro hosting our post-wedding brunch. We rented out their patio and were able to choose from a myriad of menu and beverage options. The servers and manager were easy to work with and the food was delicious. We will definitely continue to visit Centro!

Steak and eggs are perfect. Everything has been great so far. Ample outdoor seating. Very nice and relaxing vibe. Very wheelchair accessible and nice location. Pearl is closed. So it’s perfect.
