Subway

Made an order online. Ham and cheese melt instead we got a turkey and cheese melt. Ordered meals they didn’t include my beverage or chips. We also had cookies on the order witch we also didn’t receive. We asked for a refund and they can’t give it to us. A bunch of kids playing instead of doing there jobs. It’s more of a social hour instead. Ridiculous

This Subway joint used to be the worst one yet, but under new management it really improved. The floors weren't sticky and gross like they used to be, and the restaurant was much more clean then before. The employees before these ones were lazy and rude, but these new ones are really nice! The blonde girl was so polite! I recommend this subway!

I order a salad nothing cut up whole slices of tomato’s and meat in whole slices. I ordered bacon on my salad and no bacon on it. No lettuce option on app because normally lettuce is added. Didn’t get any lettuce. So I paid over $8 and didn’t get my money’s worth at all. I am never order a salad or protein bowl again. This isn’t the first time. I order a protein bowl meat not cut up at all how are you supposed to eat like that. All the person at the store said was they no longer do chopped salads just layered. So if I wasn’t coming home to eat it I would have had a tougher time to eat it.

7-5-21 We went to Subway in Bottineau today for lunch. When we got there, there were several people waiting in line to order. There were only 2 workers, a male and female. The female was making the subs, and the male was running the till. The male tried several times to help the female out, but she repeatedly snapped at him in a very rude manner and treated him horribly telling him to leave stuff alone and go stand by the till. There were a few people that walked out before ordering. The female worker was obviously overwhelmed, but her behavior made everyone standing in line feel extremely uncomfortable. After she snapped at the male worker, yet another time, she announced to everyone “people, I am the only one making subs today so you’re going to have to be patient with me”, she saw that more people walked in and she started to cry. She then left the work area in the middle of making a sub and went to the back room. That is when my family and I walked out instead of ordering.
