Three Lions Pub

The 3 lions is always a solid choice. I came in here with my friend Bizzy for lunch/brunch on a Sunday. She had the British breakfast, and I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. My fries were a lovely 0.5" cut of crispy, fried potato perfection. My burger was also perfection. Simple food done at a very high standard.

I was really excited to come and eat here. I think their food is great and their drinks were surprisingly different, fresh tasting and good. I had the princess Diana with rum and raspberries, syrup and club soda.I got the chicken with sherry, cream and mushrooms . It was delicious. It was such a surprise that it was so good. That's what my photo is of. Their mashed potatoes however were a different story; No butter, no cream, no salt, no real flavor. It kind of tasted like like what a dirty sock would taste like and had paprika on the top. To give them the benefit of the doubt maybe this is how the potatoes on this dish are supposed to taste. My review of the food would be 5 star not including the potatoes.😲 My real complaint would be that the bartender or waitress that was helping us seemed irritated that we were there. After we ordered a drink and appetizer we told her we were ready to order our food. We had finished all appetizers and everyone's drink was empty. Then she took the food order of the table that had come in well after us. So we sat there for a good 10 to 15 minutes and then we finally were able to order.. She missed out on a huge tip and probably didn't know it. It was our Christmas lunch/early dinner. She was still tipped like 18% but our lunch budget included double. I would definitely still come back to this place. Atmosphere is that of a tavern.

Very good food and the servers were very professional and not too intrusive. They didn't forget about us either and it seemed like our waitress always came at the right time. My girlfriend is vegan and they even had food that she could eat! The back patio was dog friendly a HUGE plus for myself. I have a small Jack Russell, and there were quite a few other dogs there, all well behaved and the staff even puts out water bowls for them. Six stars from me! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Came here just walking by and has some of the best breakfast I've had in quite some time. The bloody Mary is phenomenal, the country potatoes were incredible and needed no seasoning or sauce. The breakfast burger I had was wonderfully done and when it came out it looked like a show piece you'd see on a commercial. My wife had the strawberry waffles. The strawberries were real not the fake syrup kind. The service was great and very fast and friendly the chef gave quite a performance dancing in the kitchen while he cooked our food. Definitely would recommend to anyone. 5/5

This pub has great food. I am a big fan of burgers and each time I've been here, its been spot on. The combination of English cheeses and the beef patty not being overcooked, has left me happy each time. My girlfriend has gotten the fish and chips and chicken ceaser salad and both were good. The fries (chips) are really good for not being fresh cut. The are thicker and always cooked perfect. We mostly stop for lunch and use the back patio. So be sure and check in at the bar because they don't have a dedicated waitress out there during the day. Otherwise service is great.
