Mcdonald's

Came in at 4:21 on June 13th. I waited an hour for my food. While most people who work heres attitude was awful and they’re laughing at us customers, saying they don’t get paid enough to clean our trash. one gal sat and cleaned the same table talking to her friend for 20 mins. I think this McDonald’s needs a revaluation on their employees because this is the definition of “I just work here” .

Must be under new management, the food is hot; the wait time is better. Employees are better trained, including being courteous. Food quality has really improve and my food order(s) is correct ( all straws, napkins & condiments ) are included with the order. Security has improved, no lingering inside the restrooms, doors are secured and not open ( leading to the rear interior of the store ). Management is on the floor helping the staff. Landscaping has improved. I don't have to repeat my order. Keep up the good work.

Fast and very friendly. They got all of my order right and the food was warm and fresh. I just hate old fries from McDonald's but the service was close to how I love it. Tried the new spicy chicken sandwich is it was good wouldn't say it beat Popeyes but pretty darn close. Rating out of 5 Chicken sandwich - 🥪🥪🥪🥪 McDonald's fries - 🍟🍟🍟🍟 Apple pie - 🫓🫓🫓🫓🫓

They keep closing the dining room an hour early. I wanted to get some food and don’t have a car. I went to McDonald’s on warren street in Roxbury and the doors were locked at 9pm. That’s a whole hour early! They do this all the time. Another time they closed the dining room for 3hours. The is post pandemic!

This was a bit of a nightmare. There was a language barrier with some of the counter staff. You would think they would have their routine together. I had to re-explain my order several times, showing them my purchase receipt. It was more of a hassle than a convince visiting this location on Warren Street in Roxbury Mass.

I don't know why they have a DRIVE THRU.You go through the drive-THRU as normal after you pay for your food they tell you to park and someone will bring your food to you which takes about 15 minutes and the last time I checked the drive-thru was supposed to be quick and fast I didn't order curbside pick-up If you have something to don't go there that was my first and last time
