Starbucks

Sometimes you just need to find a coffee shot to vibe at. To get some starbucks and something to eat, sit down, and do some work. Well - this was the spot for me. Was trying to find a spot for brunch, but to my disappointment, every place was booked. Ended up getting some breakfast items here. My favorite part about this starbucks is that they have a large table where you can sit down and do work while enjoying your food/beverage. For that, 5 stars. Food - 3/20 (no one really comes here for the food lets be honest) Drink - 6/10 Atmosphere - 6/10 Service - 5/10 Total - 17/30 Coffee shop

I had such a fantastic experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich without egg and cheese. Eric (a Starbucks employee) let me know that the bread that comes with the sandwich was not vegan. I was so happy that he was so attentive to what I chose to take out of the sandwich to know I was doing so due to my vegan diet. He then swapped the impossible meat into their vegan bagel. Eric went above and beyond for his customers.

I arrived to the Starbucks in Newbury street in Boston, First, my wife and me enter the store and when we got to the cashier there was nobody in line or behind us or before us, then we started ordering and the cashier (name tag=Daniel), so my wife started ordering ,we were a group of 5, when my wife told him the order for the Third person, he started to complaining, then my wife asked him if there was a problem with the order?, for the way he had the attitude, and he did not answered her, he just started to snapping with his lips until my wife finished the order, then when I asked him to put my points he kind of screamed at her saying "we do not have that", so my wife asked him again is there was any problem with the order because it looks like he was upset for her ordering, then I told her drop it, then my wife asked for the manager, so when the manager approached to my wife, she replied can I help you, then my wife told her about the cashier attitude toward the customer, then the manager told her he was acting like that because the cashier does not know the language, so my wife replied to the manager, so because Mr. Daniel does not know the language, he can treat customer like rags, and the manager told me wife, I have to protect my employees, and my wife replied to the manager, no problem ma'am, I will write a very bad review of this location since I am a customer and I am paying for what I am ordering, I was not getting anything for free, I paid for what I ordered. I do not recommend this Starbucks location because it had employees with bad attitude, and managers are siding them up, in this location customers are simply a number that enter their store to leave the cash.
