Fire + Ice Is a great Place to satisfy all your cravings with their buffet style food. Pick up your ingredients and combine them with sauce and spices before taking it to be cooked in a huge circular grill. Rosy was amazing attending us, not only did she explain how everything works but she also recommended some amazing combinations and cocktails that paired perfectly. The chefs Melvin and Miguel working the grill were also great and made sure my food was cooked exactly how I wanted. I will definitely return soon!

What an experience I can't wait to return. The environment was amazing, as well as the hibachi style grille. This was my first time experiencing anything like this, and for the price, I don't see anything coming close to this for the quality that the restaurant. We will definitely be returning what an amazing time. The drinks were also very nicely priced.

This is a nice place if you're looking for a different experience for a buffet that you select the ingredients. The only downside was that there isn't any expert chef guiding you about the sauces to add to each type of food. Overall, the experience and atmosphere were good.

First time going and always wanted to try this place out. The lighting was a tad dark and would have been nicer if it was a bit brighter. The food was good with a bunch of different options. There was definitely little bit for everyone. Some of the meats were frozen though which can effect the overall texture of food I find. I was expecting more of a "show" as others say there is when they cook the food but wasn't all the impressed. Definitely had better experiences at hibachi places. Some of the staff gave off an impression that they weren't happy to be there. The menus were a little gross and definitely worn out.

We have been to fire and ice many times and specifically this location too. Only for brunch on Sundays though. If you come before 1130 it won't be packed, but it starts getting busy from 1130 onwards and if you have a big party without a reservation you might have to wait, so a reservation if you have more than 3 in your party is recommended. Coming early also makes it so when you go get your stuff to be grilled and when you go to the grill station, it's not packed so you don't have to wait behind other people. After 12, be prepared to wait at all stations.. pancakes, omelettes or lunch ingredients. When you gather your ingredients don't over pack your bowl as you will want to make at least 2 trips, if not 3 and if you put to much you will end up with a lot of food and be too full to try everything else. I tend to stay with a small omelette, then a small pancake which we usually share with my wife and then some stir fry. It's great for the price of brunch but prepare your dishes with your mind, not your stomach :p Overall I really like this place, but they really should something about their restrooms as they don't seem to take good care of them. Other than that, we always enjoy it here.

We went with a school group of 49 people. This is like a Japanese steak house without the cooking at the table. You grab a bowl and fill it with heat you want and bring it with your sauces to the giant cooking wheel in the middle if the room. Then you wait on the circle as the cook your food. They are cooking 30 or more meals at a time. They are highly organized and the wait is very reasonable. There is every kind of vegetable and meat you would expect. There is a salad bar as well. The service for drinks is quick. It is an all you can eat restaurant, so come hungry and enjoy.

It's a different dining experience when you pick your own food and seasonings to then watch it cook on a huge round stove. They have many options from a salad bar, steak, salmon, shrimp, chicken, beef, rice, noodles, rice noodles, burgers, hot dogs and many other options...

I'll just give it a 4 because of the service that was really good. The atmosphere and environment is a little chaotic, and they restrict you to 1 little bowl at a time, which is inconvenient since it takes quite a some time on preparation, and then you need to go through all of it again.. As for the food, it's ok but nothing special at all, at least you have a lot of options to choose from. So, if you are going with a group, it's kind of nice since you have many options, but that's it, for the food itself, I'd definitely choose somewhere else

So glad to be back to Boston! I’ve visited this restaurant back in 2018, and felt in love with the concept. Always wanted to come back and finally did on a weekend Boston trip. Came on a Sunday around 2 pm and it cost $22.99 per person. They now have a brunch concept. How it works is, you pick your raw food put it in a bowl, pick your sauces and seasonings and head to the grill. Give your food to the cook and it gets cooked in front of you. It’s a very cool concept and entertaining to watch. The menu is Korean, but they serve pasta, burgers, pancakes, salads and crepes. If you come to Boston definitely worth it to make a stop here and try. Family and friendly atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. This is one of my favorite spots in Boston for sure.
