Ordered ahead and have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for my mobile order. There are only two people working and they cannot handle the customer load. I have been coming to this location since 2018. The last few months service has been horrendous.

Everytime i go in there’s only one person or maybe two working and my order is always wrong wheather it’s a pick up or just a run in order. Go to the one closer to walmart

Incredibly bias, asked for a wake up wrap. I see them making one for a white lady they then tell me that machine is broken.

Extremely slow and poor service. I don't come here often at all as I find all Dunkin Donuts to have horrible customer service (I refuse to give them my money), but the speed of things here drive me crazy.

Place a order online every morning approx 15/20 mins early and arrive an still wait another 15 mins BRING BACK THE OLD OWNER!!!! I will now drive another 3 mins to the next Dunkin. Smh

Staff is rude no begals the place was open for an hour a half and no begals. I was buying a box of K Cup coffee for home i walked out. Never again back to wawa. If your open you should have whats on the menu. Don't be so rude.

Ordered ahead on the app, came in waited for 10 minutes, the order was still not ready and I had to leave without my coffee because I was going to be late to work. What's the point of ordering from the app, worst customer service of any dunkin' donuts I've ever been to

Absolutely love this dunkin. By far the best one I've ever been to. The employees are always super friendly and they have a good memory. Most of the time they know what you want before you get to the register.
