Lupi's Pizza

"Food hasn't been the same since the new owners took over." I hate when people say that but in this case it's 100% true. I've ordered from there three times since the switch and have yet to get good food. It's just an average, run of the mill pizza place now. They will regularly tell you that they're not making something when you go to order. I had a friend who went to pick up food and they just didn't make part of his order then refused to. Their prices, like everyone else's, have skyrocketed. It's nearly $30 for a "large" stromboli and cheese fries. The size of the "large" is pathetic now. My family has ordered from Lupi's since I was a child. Last night was the last time they will get any business from me.

We usually order and pick up! But we have used delivery in the past. The food is usually pretty good. We just ordered a large Stromboli on Friday and this is what we got!! It took about 45 min. Once it came, it wasn't even enough for 1 person. Very disappointed!! Then we were told if it's touched or cut, we wouldn't get a refund or get the order sent correctly. The new Stromboli was not worth it!! Definitely did not taste the way it has in the past!!

Garlic Bread Alert!! Garlic Bread Alert!! Delco’s cheesesteak supremacy is moving to Lupi’s Pizza in Boothwyn. I read online that Lupi’s had amazing garlic bread. So I asked (@kjw1972 @jcohl @diningonadime gave me the courage to ask) if I could get a cheesesteak on Garlic Bread. No Problem. Al, the owner, said 'I never thought of that, Thanks.' To everyone that enjoys a garlic bread cheesesteak at Lupi’s, 'You are welcome and it truly was my pleasure to help.' Very good cheesesteak. It needs more meat but what was there was very good. Great amount of cheese melted with the meat very nicely. You can see in pictures, lots of mushrooms. $9, 11 inch roll. Seating, bathroom, regulars lingering and plenty of parking. Very good all around experience.

3 months ago.... Arrived with one customer in store. Informed them I was there to pick up an order placed an hour ago. A young lady took my payment with no sense hospitality or friendliness. She then advised cook/person behind counter that an order was here for pick up. The person behind the counter must have commented in the negative since she retortes loudly: "he's here". And he abruptly, audibly and unprofessionally replies "So!" He wasn't more than 6 feet from the front counter and that's how he replies? He clearly saw the customer is standing right in front and none of the 5 workers by body language felt the rudness was inappropriate. The young lady did her best to cover for his rudeness by apologetically saying "we're busy." So I sat and waited another 20 minutes. But I suppose this is how this business show how they appreciate your business post Covid. Had the order been just mine, I would have gotten my money back and left. Why give people your business when they clearly don't value OR appreciate it. If you can go elsewhere where you'd feel more appreciated and welcome: Go!! Tables were dirty and the environment unwelcoming and unappreciative. Two staff members were able to chill and hang out but never cleaned the tables the entire time I had to sit and wait. No apology for the delay either. We go to Lynwood Pizza in Marcus Hook now. Way better.

By far one of the worse restaurants in the area. Customer service is straight trash, the workers are so ignorant they would rather swear at you when they can't hear you over the phones or not pick up at all for incoming deliveries calls. Thier food is always half cold and forgot about extra sauce even if u paid for it. This restaurant has horrible staffing with attitude problems. Now as far as fast food restaurant go theyll never grow the industry, when their services can't compete so in compensation they use the same suppliers as restaurants in the area so they can up sell what the competition has.

Ordered delivery on Friday night, ordered two cheeseburger Hoagies, food was delivered as a burger, cut up on a long bun, no lettuce no tomatoes etc. Burger was so salty it was inedible. Called to ask why I didn't get a hoagie and was told anything on a long roll is a hoagie. Did not even apologize for not getting our order explained to us. Never again!!!
