Cook Out

Whoever was working this evening put their heart and soul into the food, my double quesadilla tray was life-changing and immaculate. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and got my ginormous order for multiple people finished in less than two minutes, it was insane. 10/10 staff and food, would recommend.

The best milkshakes ever any kind of flavor you can think of they have the food's okay it's a little pricey but not horrible and usually it's not a long way in the Drive-Thru I've never walked up and use the walk out window before so I'm not sure what kind of experience that would be but other than that love the milkshakes! *Update*-9/2/23- Went for milkshakes I'm saddened that the quality of service has downgraded, for the last four times I've come and got milkshakes the milkshakes are yucky and got stuff all over them the milkshake substance they don't give you napkins and my last milkshake was supposed to be chocolate and they didn't even all the way pictures with review

Just a regular cookout. My only complaint is that it’s very difficult to hear the worker over the speaker for the drive thru and they had a difficult time understanding me despite speaking very loudly. We got some milkshakes to go, which did not disappoint! Very tasty. The line moved quickly and it helps that there are two lanes for the drive thru.

Great food, great people. The reason for 4 stars is that their speaker is garbled, and I can never understand/hear them (I have good hearing), and the speed of service is never consistent. Sometimes, it's super quick and takes a total of 5-10 minutes from a certain point, and other time, it's 30 minutes from that same point. I get that it depends on customer orders, etc., but that's a huge discrepancy.
