The Bolingbrook location has always been pretty decent. They give a decent portion of fries, and they have friendly service.
When I get a burger, it's cooked and topped well. The shakes are good as well, we enjoy them.

Five guys has been my go to spot if I wanted to go get a massive serving of fries. However, recently I feel as if the generous serving of fries at this location has been slowly decreasing. Also, it seems like they’ve been controlling the amount of napkins you can get yourself and have to request more from the employees behind the counter.
Aside from the fries and napkins, I do recommend coming to five guys to eat as the quality of food is always great. This location is has plenty of parking and there’s plenty of seats to sit at since they do offer a place to sit outside to dine.

Just wish burgers were as big as the, very enthusiastic, kind & sweetest, cashier explained they were. They were perfect size for me, but the doubles ended up being about the same size as my single & he told me I should have brought him 2 more. Still taste over size well worth the money

Oh, I have to say Five Guys are great . The burgers are so good they are, jucie, you pick the toppings you want on them . The food is pricey, but I got to say it's worth every penny. The fries how to say auh a small fries is like getting to large fries from McDonald's medium fries is enough for four people and the large you could say 5 or 6 people. They have different size burgers. You would be surprised at what you get. Their burgers are big and small but so good , they are freshly made on a grill . You can't go wrong eating there . Yes, they are pricey but worth it. If you have never been there , it's a 💯 % good . Oh, there are two boxes of peanuts that are free to eat while you wait, or you can scup up a small bag to take home as well.

May 24th went in to place to go order and it was so cold in there I was practically doing jumping jacks to stay warm while waiting for my food to be done. There is no way I would have eaten in there and other customers waiting for their food were freezing as well.

Giving 5 stars because the staff was great. I love the generous amounts of fresh cut fries! I hate the prices I spent $20 for 1 double burger no cheese, and a large fry.
