Toojay's

I ordered the Nova Latkes online because the last time I went to the store the service was rather slow and I only have so much time for my lunch break. I also picked up orders for a few of my coworkers. One coworker ordered fish and chips and no tarter sauce was included. I opened my order to find plain latkes and apple sauce. Where is the salmon, sour cream, arugula, etc? Not included. I was very excited to try this dish as it sounded delicious. Extremely disappointing and frustrating that I paid extra for something that I did not get to eat. Also, I had to wait in the same line as others that were placing a to go order even though I ordered online. Online pick up should have its own line.

I've never eaten in at this location, but they deliver 5 minutes away to my office at least once a week. The food is always fresh and delicious. It is sometimes hard to get them to understand orders over the phone, but for the most part there's no problem. I you do want to stop in the restaurant areas seems nice and the shopping plaza is a good one with plenty of parking. If you're a fan of classic deli food, then you need to give TooJay's a shot. ~ Kort

The manager Ina amazing. She works very hard and I find that the food and service is much better when she is managing. I have come in on other occasions when other managers have been in and the service/atmosphere have been mediocre at best. Inna works hard and makes her staff work hard as well. She keeps the restaurant clean and offers over the top customer service! You need more managers like her!!!!!

I ordered catering for a group of 12 people and one of my guests was gluten free. I found out about her allergy on Thursday and the catering was for the following Friday. I called and spoke with Angie, who went above and beyond to make sure I had gluten free bread for the sandwiches we ordered. My expectations were beyond exceeded and I am so thankful for the service Angie and her team provided!!

The first few items I tried to order, they were out of this or that... basics like fries and bbq sauce. We missed serving breakfast by 2 minutes. It is what it is, but having to change what I'm ordering a few times and then getting my food and it is not served the way it is supposed to was the tipping point for me. Food recieved was good once fixed.

I thought the food was good here. It was also a great value compared to many other spots in Boca which is why I give in extra star 4 instead of 3. The service was fast even during a busy lunch time. And everything ordered came out great. I've also tried the takeout deli and found that to be nice. They've got a good selection of different pre-made options. Tuna salad is great.
