Burger King

I'm a fan of the drive-through. I order, pull around, pay and get my freshly made Whoppers or Big Kings or both and fries so hot I need to let them cool a bit so I can eat them! The service and wait time is much better since this last spring. They were understaffed (not their fault) like many places.

The two people, the person with the faded pinkish hair and the manager with the freckles, were so kind! They both helped tremendously while we used E-gift cards and a coupon! Our food got out almost immediately. My fries were perfectly salted and the burgers and mozzarella sticks were really tasty! 10/10 will recommend this Burger King to anyone who likes Burger King and awesome service!

Stopped late on the 4th of July. The place was dead, they were watching fireworks from the building til I arrived. They were not fast but to be clear it was because they had no food holding. I was perfectly OK with that. Everything I ordered was fresh, made neatly, tasted perfect. The food looked like it was straight from a Burger King commercial. Whoever was working at 10pm on the 4th of July should probably be promoted to trainers.

Jane and Jake made our night. Perfect and delicious. First, we went to the Boardman location near Rt. 224 and Southern. Our experience was terrible. The man on the other end of the speaker told us to only tell him ". . . what food [we] want . . . " and not ask any questions. So we went to Poland BK. Terrible experience. Waited for nearly ten minutes at the drive through while the employees were just talking. They didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting. We asked if anyone was there, and the woman replied that she would let us know when she was ready. So we left there. It was now 9:40 on a Sunday, 20 minutes prior to BK closing for the evening. We called the Canfield location. Jane was very kind and apologized for our experience. She took our order over the phone and dropped it fresh for us. Jake was very friendly and our food was perfect. Thank you for the A+ service. Second to none.

Their spicy chicken sandwich is excellent. I ordered 2 a few evenings back, and was asked to pull forward to wait. After waiting roughly 10+ minutes, I went back through the drive thru and reminded the staff that they had forgotten my order. They were extremely apologetic & professional about the matter. They also threw in 2 orders of fries and a drink due to the mishap. I certainly plan to go back in the future for this sandwich delight.
