Baked!

Absolutely delicious!! A must try place! Always get them delivered and they are still warm every time!! A few combinations we like are chocolate dough & m&ms peanut butter dough with peanut butter chips and a Reese’s chocolate dough with a graham cracker and a marshmallow chocolate dough with Oreos and cream cheese frosting

Had a great experience here! What a fun concept. The young women working were super kind and helpful with the ordering process, since we weren’t exactly sure how it worked. We made a custom order of two different kinds of cookies, walked around the block and stopped in a few shops, and by the time we came back it was ready! Probably less than 20 minutes. We would definitely come back!

I’ve never had an issue with the quality of Baked! in the past, but when I did have an issue with the quality of their cookies for the first time tonight that wasn’t the reason that I now have an unfavorable view of the establishment. In fact, it was the terrible customer service I received. I ordered six cookies, three of which were in the seasonal pumpkin dough, and when I opened the box those cookies were clearly severely undercooked, as the shape and texture of the dough was still evident. They were not edible (maybe even unsafe to eat). I gave Baked! a call to tell them what happened and see if I could just get some new ones, because I understand they’re busy and stuff happens. However, the woman I talked with on the phone was not apologetic or even cared to listen at all and said to let her speak with her manager. After doing so, she came back and said her manager had been at the oven all night and that all of the cookies are baked the same exact time and temperature, so there was no way they were undercooked and if it seemed a little doughy it was because of the mix-ins (even though we only had one). They didn’t ask us to come into the store, which we would’ve been more than willing to do. These cookies were an absolute waste of money which was spoiled by awful customer service. I hate to complain, but this was absolutely ridiculous because it could’ve been so easily fixed. I was completely understanding in the beginning and was not even very bothered by how poorly the cookies came out, but your lack of customer care will not be worth my business in the future.

This is an awesome spot in Bloomington! It's a really cool experience to be able to customize your own cookies. Of course, since cookies are made to order, there is a bit of a wait time for your cookies to come out. However, this is worth the wait! With hours opening at 9am to get a coffee fix and open late late enough to accommodate the late-night crowd, this is a really cool spot to grab dessert or snack. Staff was friendly and welcoming, making this overall a great visit!

Great concept! A little messy though, I guess that's part of its charm. It's hard to hold back on the toppings, I added too many which confused my cookie creation. I wish they had some featured recipes so patrons won't try to do too much. But over all, Fun spot! Who doesn't love fresh baked cookies! I got mine w some milk. I felt like a grade school student again drinking out of the single serve carton :)
