Top of the line. It’s incredible what a little bit of attention to detail can do to just show excellent service. Quality of food is always good, management seems to know how to keep their employees motivated, establishment is always clean. There’s a reason why this particular restaurant chain has high marks all across the board throughout the country. Maybe the Taco Bell across the street can take some notes.

Chik fil a is amazing. Their service is phenomenal. They are the place you compare other customers experiences to. They have set the bar at a level that other eating establishments can only hope to achieve. The food is great, the staff is friendly and kind, the restaurant is clean, and can we talk about how efficient they are? So so good!!

It has been a while since I visited the inside of this Chick-fil-A but I always enjoyed how friendly the people there were. Now that they have moved their operations mostly to the drive-through side, I have been very impressed with how efficient and well-organized the service is. Even though the line of cars looks dauting, everything is processed very quickly and we have been able to get our correct order in little time in every visit.

I haven't been to this place before, I usually get intimated by the many long lines. The lines do go fast I was surprised to see. I happen to go on a slow day and got served by many smiling faces. The chicken was amazing and my daughter and I both liked that they have waffle fries! The lemonade was on point and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

THE BEST service in town, hands down will always be going to this Chick-fil-A location. They are dedicated to making sure the line never stops moving, while still taking the time and care to properly prepare each meal as if they were making food fit for a king.

Honestly, and I hate to say this, it was the worst Chick-fil-A we've ever eaten at. People who came to dine in several minutes after we ordered and seated ourselves, were getting their food before us. All we ordered was 2 number ones and one number 2 sandwich combos. After a while, I asked about our order and got the feeling they gave our order to someone else. They said they were holding on the spicy chicken, but I didn't believe that. Went back to our table and waited longer. Still no food. Reapproached the counter to ask for it to-go and saw that they were scrambling to pull our dine-in food out of a to-go bag and onto a dine-tray, dropping half of my fries on the floor without replacing what they dropped. When I asked for it to go, they acted like it was an inconvenience for them since they had just removed it from a to-go bag that it wasn't supposed to be in to begin with. A very disorganized restaurant. Not a good experience. On a positive note, the sandwiches were hot and fresh as we ate them in the car.

Bizarre experience. We walked in at 8:40 pm after the drive thru attendant told us the dining room was open. As we were ordering, the worker told us the dining room closed at 9:00 pm. No problem. I have worked in food before, multiple establishments. At 9:00 pm ON THE DOT a worker came to our table and told us it was 9pm and we needed to leave. She told us she could get us bags. She then walked to the door where other patrons were standing and shoo’ed them (essentially) out of the restaurant- I overheard something to the effect of you can’t stand up here because others will think we are open. Like I said, I have worked in multiple restaurants and understand but THE AUDACITY! One of the workers told us they were asked to do this by upper management and it was due to Insurance. So, the only establishment in America with an insurance policy like this? I have never seen anything like it! I definitely expect better service from Chik-Fil-A. The breakdown of the food service industry is absolutely mind blowing. I would have been fired for asking patrons to leave in the multiple restaurants I worked at.
