Pepperoni Grill

First time visit. We love to try small places and support small business. I can check this off as tried and probably won't go back. Immediately upon entering door there was a strong mildew/mold smell. It took a short while to be waited on. Ordered potato skins as appetizer. Tough and chewy. They had 2 beers on tap and was offered a sample since I had never tried either. After a while, I asked about the samples as they were never received. I ordered the 1/2lb burger and was disappointed when it was delivered, Wheres the beef? The flavor was ok but the fact that the bun sadly was 2x larger than the meat. Nothing was ever cleared from our table as we sat there.

The staff seemed very unprepared or way unorganized. My wife and i have been wanting to try this place because we are local but we never eat in at places due to my disability. So i went in and ordered food bartender said 25 min i was like okay no problem. An hour later finally got our food. Went outside checked no dinner rolls. Went in they gave them to me quick so once we were home was ready to eat and they also did not put my coleslaw in with our food. I had the ham steak with coleslaw which was not in the bag and a baked potato. Do not get the baked potato i saw another review about it as well. It was under cooked. The price is high for the food quilty and staff. I also noticed a guy at the bar had 2 glasses of beer and a big appetizer when his man course came he asked for a water and dude at 4 rolls and a bowel of soup without his water. And i believe his bill was pretty expensive for him not to be taken care of as well. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Our server was great, but the food we ordered was not. I got the ravioli and it was extremely grainy and bland. My fiance got the alfredo with shrimp and it was watery with no flavor. We are very disappointed. Their prices are rather high, 17 dollars for a steak? Forget it. Wont be going back any time soon.

Let me preface this with something positive. The steak was tasty. Well seasoned, decent crust. Over cooked, but I can forgive that for a yummy steak. The service was not good. Waitress was friendly, but left things off the order, like coffee. Sides were mediocre. Served cold rolls that I am pretty certain came from the grocery down the street. At least heat them up, and maybe serve them before the meal.

food was decent, very long wait while not busy. they had new wait staff that were not fully trained but even with that in mind it was a very long wait to get food and my wife's hot ham and cheese was cold by the time it got to the table. the steak was cooked perfectly to my order but wasnt seasoned well, heavy on pepper and almost no salt again not a big deal, just not great, nothing bad, It is an ok place but could use a few things.
