Came to visit first time, order some wings, served by Amina. She gave me a such outstanding and friendly service. Smile was on her face. Such a polite / hard worker and humble girl. If I ever came back to this place I would come because of her service.

This KFC in Erdington Sutton New Road is simply the best in Birmingham. The food is beautifully done and tastes delicious.
I have been to others KFC, but the food is terrible absolutely disgusting that you just want to throw it back in their faces, I would recommend KFC Erdington anytime.

KFC Erdington- High Street has one advantage. It is on the route school boys and girls use and therefore it is ever full with customers during peek time! The food is always the best!

On the day I visited the shop was very clean. Tables were clean and clear of customers' finished meals. It was a very hot day and we decided to eat in as the air conditioning was on and working well! Food it appeared were cooked to order no pro lemon as food was hit fresh and tasty. If I was in the area again I would definitely buy food from this branch of KFC

Really good, freshly done hot chicken. Had boneless banquet box meal for one, with sides of mash and corn, and then 2 hot wings. Really flavourful and a great stop, food came out quick and staff were great in communication and service. Appreciated, thank you.

The staff were friendly and fast, the food was done quickly and tasted great, the place was clean although the water used to wash the tables was in a hand held bucket and was grey and gross, I noticed after it was used it was just stuck under the side of the counter not changed

We celebrated the birthday of our 4 year old daughter today and it was great, a lot of fun. Varnan and the team helped us with everything, everything was perfect, the chicken was delicious, 5 star experience, definitely the perfect place to celebrate the children's birthday .
