I bought two pieces of fried chicken and a small mutton soup. The chicken was chopped up so I couldn't tell if it was two pieces however there was not enough chopped up chicken for it to be two pieces and the soup had one small piece of mutton but plenty of black pepper and noodle! I was not impressed so I will not be going back.

Customer service - 0 After waiting 5 minutes on a Saturday to get acknowledged (just 1 staff on a Saturday!) and then patiently wait another 5 to get served, the lady was abrupt and then 'decided' to charge 50p more than the menu for an item. When I asked why, there was no apparent reason. I am not the kind of person that will argue of 50p but the principal of it should be noted for users. I am guessing that the lady has pocketed the extra 50p and maybe the owner is not aware. In any case I will not be going back for the other reasons noted below. I went after a long time as there are hardly any Jamaican take-aways around here and found that this kind of service is not a one off. Food quality - 1 Goat curry was like gravy and hardly any flavour. They get a 1 as there is variety on their menu however please note that they don't always tend to stock items on their menu. Hygiene - 0 The place looks disgustingly tired Price - 0. Extortionate for what it is. £7.50 for curry goat with no flavour and stale rice - I don't think so Mr JamEng! The comments above have been summarised over my experience over the last year therefore not a one off. I don't frequent this place often but can certainly report the consistency on their poor score. Someone please open up another in Northfield...these guys are taking the mick and need some healthy competition to give them rude awakening. I have provided this commentary not for the take-away to better themselves as the reviews speak for themselves but for a potential competitor to come a take advantage of an open market.

Wasn't the best. Curry goat pieces are ridiculous and just tastes like gravy. Customer service is poor, originally we phoned and as usual there was none of almost everything (some people obviously enjoy it, maybe its just me) then tye same at the place and the restraunt isn't the cleanest. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Really bad service! Order arrived with a meal missing so I rang the shop and they said they would send it straight out. 5 hours later and nothing. I rang the shop again and they said they would get it to us within 15 minutes. 7 hours later and nothing and now when I try and ring the driver his phone is off. Wouldn’t even waste your time with this place!

If I could give 0 stars I would , costumer service is so poor . Severel time I've ordered from this place they've given me the wrong order and not done anything about it , the receptionist and delivery man is rude. I will not be ordering from here again . And if anyone is thinking about ordering food from hereI say don't do it ....unless you want to loose money .
