Total ripoff. They claim they moved some of the Terrace Cafe menu here but they are intentionally lieing to customers to steal from them during the reconstruction up front. BR Burger which I had at Terrace Cafe multiple times is NOT the same at Snacks place. THEY CHARGE $16 FOR A BASIC CHEESEBURHER ONLY WITH NO FRIES NOR CHIPS. No onions & no pickles...judt an undercooked burger with cheese and shredded lettuce $16 ???? Are they out of their mind pulling a dishonest stunt like that?? That's not what they served at Terrace Cafe so they are doing a bait & switch on customers intentionally. $16 ??? That's absolutely crazy. The Manager shrugged her shoulder and said sorry when I told her this was wrong. Well saying sorry as you steal from people doesn't make it right. These are sick dishonest people.

Long lines, staff don't get in a hurry, or at least not today. It also appears they are understaffed. Maybe they shoukd reconsider having hot items that take preparation and just serve the other items that are already made. It appears the tine it takes to prep the hot food is the problem. The person that rings you up leaves the line to fix your order then gives it to you and starts all over with the next customer.

Okay so go here and get the muffiletta, honest the best thing I ate in a five day trip. Comp food, comp drinks, comp play. Nope the only thing I want to go back for is this sandwich. Amazing, and the staff was so sweet and kind, the best, go to snacks and have the sandwich, the best part of the whole trip.

Food is okay but overpriced. Biggest complaint is don’t even waste your time with the online ordering system. Went to go pickup my order at the time it was supposed to be ready and they grabbed a printout of my receipt and keyed my order in and it was placed just like a regular order. So I waited 20 minutes until the online order system said it would be ready and then still have to wait 20 minutes for them to actually make the order. Makes zero sense as to why they even have an online ordering system. I asked the cashier what the advantage to ordering online was and she said “I don’t know”. Management needs to review why they have a system in place that the staff doesn’t even have the man power to utilize.

The experience was excellent. The Club and the Roast Beef & provolone sandwiches were OUTSTANDING!! Words can't do them justice! However on the contrary our sides of pasta salad and coleslaw were the complete opposite. The taste was so far off that after two bites each we threw them away. But everything else was great so we had no complaints. Until we got home and tried our desserts. The brownie was so under cooked I don't know how the batter even kept it's shape. The chocolate chip cookie was okay. Overall sandwiches and service were awesome. The sides absolutely need to be revised.

Horrible I had the French dip it is Honestly the worst French dip I have ever had in my life. It's like it made from some dried meat product they have tried to reconstitute and no cheese. A normal French dip is thin sliced prime rib with provolone or swiss on a French roll. This is a far cry from that and pretty expensive to boot.🤢🤢 no fries chips and beverages are extra and almost $4 for a soda. Get a beverage at the casino bar before coming here. I don't want to be so negative but a horrible experience. I asked about the BLT first but they said it was made with 4 half strips of bacon for 9 bucks. So I passed and went with French Dip boy am I regretting getting anything here. But the pickle that came with it is awesome just not enough to make up for the sandwich.
