Not a great experience at your dining facility today. Ordered my two meals and paid. Got to the second window and was handed my food. I was then asked to go to the “stop sign” so I could wait for my two beverages. I sat there, with the vehicle off, for a good 5 minutes waiting for two root beers? While waiting, I watched at least five or six cars leave your drive through with their entire order. Meal was lukewarm. Thanks.

Not impressed at all. Manager was very rude and wasn’t understanding what so ever, I don’t plan on coming back, customer service was awful. Out of every McDonald’s in Billings, Central is the o my store I’ve ever had problems with, Not happy!!

It's McDonald's, not much to elaborate on except for the fact that now prices are astronomical, if I pay $12-$15 for a single meal, PLEASE FILL THE FRY CONTAINER ACCORDING TO SIZE 🙏 Every single time I ordered a large I am getting a container yielding less than the standard shmedium. That is all shanks

Not my diner usually but was good In a pinch. Prices were reasonable, staff was cordial,and wait time was fairly quick. They do deliver your food out to your vehicle if it is holding up the line.

The dining room was closed on a Saturday.
Still, takeout Micky D's met our needs.
Consistency is key, and the dining room is as important as hot fries.

I can redeem my rewards points at any other McDonald's and it works every time but it hasn't worked here the past two times I've been. The order taker tried to argue that I didn't have enough points for what I was asking for when the app was clearly showing that's what the code was for. Drove to another location and it worked just fine.

Sounds like they changed Management. Was charged for Burger I didn't order, given run around, excuses, about who to speak to when got home.. Obviously, older woman at counter feeding her family on the side. not been back. May try again...
Wifi is as bad as Hardees across the street. Feel sorry for those Living in area..
