Taco Bell

This might be the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The person working the drive through was friendly and the highlight of my visit. It was by far the worst return for my money I’ve ever spent. I have eaten at Taco Bell’s across the country and even worked at one as my first job so I understand portioning, but this place puts all the cheap, penny pinching restaurants to shame. My tacos had half a scoop of meat and a minuscule amount of cheese. No lettuce (they did inform me they were out), burritos were much of the same. I’ve had these same burritos in many stores but my god it was embarrassing that I even decided to go there and throw my money at this poor excuse of a meal. I understand it’s fast food and Taco Bell but as someone with experience not only working at one of these restaurants and an embarrassing amount of visits this was truly pathetic.

Workers were about as bright as their hair color. Took our order at the drive thru, pulled up, paid, same window, then they come asking if we had the online order , then asked if our name was Debbie from the mobile order. Um no our order was the one we just paid for, would u like the receipt ya just gave me to check the order to get it right? On nope now they got it ...? Um okay. Still messed up the order once we checked the bag

Do not go here. Please don’t waste your time here. We came here late at night and spent an hour and a half in the drive through line. Once we got our food…. Finally…. Every single food item was wrong. We tried to eat what they gave us and our hard tacos sat before we got them for so long they shell felt like a soft taco. Do not go here

Waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for a doordash pickup order. They refused to open the lobby or answer the phone. My customers were furious. And the employees were a literal joke. None seemed to have training or they just straight up didn’t care. Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could rate this location -10 stars I would. Check your food.

changing my prior review on this specific location. they totally skimp here. my beef burrito was 90% rice 10% beef, and half the size that it should be. (im a taco bell dweeb, grand and heights location ftw) they completely ignored the 2 substitutions i made, to add creamy jalapeno to the burrito and avocado ranch to the chalupa. my cheese quesadilla was 80% tortilla. yes, i understand they are required to only use a certain amount, but i would have been fine if they did use the correct amount and not rip me off completely. sounding like a karen but im bummmmmmed. also waited 20 mins and i was the second person in line.
