Denny's

I had an excellent dining experience at this Denny's. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. There was a heavy morning rush, but the waitress named Heather made time to be friendly with everyone. My order was taken quickly after sitting down. My drinks and breakfast arrived fast. She was the only staff member on the floor at the time, but she never slowed down. My coffee and milk never went empty. Major props to the cook as well. The food was hot and exactly as I requested. I highly recommend this Denny's if you want great food and friendly staff! A++ service!

I am beyond disgusted! Just received my breakfast order from Denny's and nothing of it is edible! Of course it's cold. That's what it always is even when you eat in the restaurants. The English muffins are soaked in the egg water, while I can't even say for sure if what I got here is actually egg. It doesn't look like it, nor smells like it and I don't wanna find out what it tastes like. It's also only a bit more than two tablespoons, it wouldn't even be enough for my 6 y.o. Never eating at Dennys again. Ever.

A friend of mine and I went, they were moderately busy but not extremely.we were seated. By a rather unpleasant woman but nothing big.the waitress came introduced herself, got our drinks..came back took our order..my friend had the roast beef and I had a grand slam. Then we proceeded to see people that came in after us served..but our waitress"heather" never came near us again...after 55 minutes I holler over to Heather who was at the register. No customers just her there and asked if it would be much longer..never looking at me she said ill check. She just kept standing there doing whatever she was doing..we could also see that noone was in the kitchen. So after about 5 minutes or more we decided to go. I went to pay for our drinks. And once again ...never looking at me she said just forget it..I told her you're sure right ...I will. That was it..the last few times I've been in there haven't been good if I ever go back it will be a long while. My friend likes dennys so I imagine she'll go back at some point

The resturant was dirty. The server was a older man who was not even in a proper uniform or a apron. He was also missing a name tag. A older lady came in and was told we were her table. She decided to text on the phone instead of coming to greet us. The food was great until the manager on duty came over. We told him the food was good and he said and I quote " no really how was the food, don't lie you don't have to hurt my feeling". He then goes to the register with the older lady who was the server and proceeds to drill her in front of everyone that he is a leader and doesn't appreciate her wrong doings. That is not a leader at all and he needs to be re-educated on what it takes to make a leader and to lead the team. Have the respect to take the employee into the office next time.
