Male Manager hung up on me. Used doordash and had an amazing driver, but both of my sandwiches are uncooked with the bread, was never toasted. Manager tried to argue with me when I offered to bring both of them back to request a remade order or refund. The girl I talked to on the phone as well was nice and the Manager was making her deal with my order because he didn't want to listen. The bread inside is slimy and disgusting.

I would give a no star but it won’t let me the girls are wonderful there when they are not having someone watch there every move today I went in it was the girls first day I felt so bad for her I was going to be her first sandwich she was doing well he comes over and tells her to remove a piece of ham and turkey i asked why he said it 2 ham 2 turkey and 2 bacon i said no it is t I’m in here all the time I order the same thing it’s 3 ham 3 turkey and 2 bacon he said we have to pay more so we cut meat I said and I pay more and get less he said I’m not giving you more I told him then throw it away I will go down the street to the other subway and walked out and guess what she made my sandwich 3 ham 3 turkey and 2 bacon be careful here they are trying to raise prices and cut back on meat and prices are different on the board than what they ring up

Passing through town, we walked in and stood at the order line for five minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff... an older man and two females. Although the females were working on online(?) orders, no one said a thing as we stood patiently. We walked out and they still didn't say anything. Worst customer service ever!

There is no woman in their right mind that will go to this place to eat the manager seems to think women can't do anything right and they have no right to ask questions about anything I was waved off by him and he didn't speak two words to me the whole time we were in there I will never go back to this place and I did not recommend to anyone Big Springs is really bad as far as this Subway's concerned

This is what I got for on Gregg St after I asked for 2 Rotisseries and turkey ONLY for the vegetables lettuce, pickles and cucumbers. Just the disappointment after I asked for more vegetables the owner copped an attitude like he was the one paying for it. As you can clearly see it’s under the mark from all that I added remind you I haven’t ate in almost 24 hrs so I was hungry. 8/18/21
