French fries were over cooked and very small portion and steak looked like it was sliced in half so thin you can't even cook it at a medium it was well done . Waitress was kind atmosphere was nice bar looked fresh just the combo plate that was ordered was messy and cheap. I've been here before and everything was great so that's what brought me back ,and it may of just been a bad night for whomever. So I will most definatly come again there's so many yummy things yet to try.

Danielle was our server this evening. I got the salad . bar and split a t bone with my friend. Not a place I think of to get steak, but it was so good. So good. Cooked perfectly medium. I was so surprised. It was the best steak I've had out in a while. Most importantly, Danielle was great. Good table side manners. Original, attentive and gracious. I'm pretty hard on servers, I was one for 20yrs. I hope her managers are reading this, because I want to to know that that girl is in point. I

We've always had great experiences here. On a recent visit our server happily met all of our crazy requests. She was attentive and personable. I wasn't sure about the deconstructed kabob dish but it turned out to be delicious, better than expected!

Ruby Tuesday always has good food and we love the salad bar, but since it went up in price, it is no longer a good value. I wish they would offer a "one trip" option at a discounted price, as we can never eat more than that anyway.

Love, love, love Big Rapids Ruby Tuesday! Salad bar is always top of the line. Drinks are always delicious and the food is great. We visit at least once a week. Tonite our server was Johnny. He was great. Personable, friendly, and very on point. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Even though I didn't get the Salad bar-it is indeed one of the best salad bars in this area! (I just couldn't see spending $13 for salad bar alone--despite that it was all you could eat)

We had a group in, and one server had to put up with all of us. She did a good job, bit it was a stretch. Salad bar was great, my salmon was good, but my sister's shrimp and pasta entree tasted spoiled. Everyone else seemed happy with theirs, so just a fluke, I hope!

Our waitress is expecting in 3 months. Great gal, we came in 2 ladies and 1 1/2 year old boy, who liked her and was flirting with her. She was very good at her job, and taking care of her customers. Asset to your company.

There are so many side options!!
Our waitress was so attentive and nice. We had a relaxing time for dinner and didn't feel rushed.
The only reason I gave 4 stars 🌟 was because my husband's 🍟 fries were drenched in so much salt that we couldn't eat them! Our waitress did bring us a new order.

Yesterday I visited Ruby Tuesdays after attending a university tour nearby. We drove from 5 hours away and we definitely weren’t disappointed!
Mackenzie was our server and she was so incredibly nice and attentive to my family and I’s needs. She refilled our drinks without us having to ask, always checked in with us periodically, and she was overall so genuinely kind to us.
At the end of our meal, the manager Jeff made sure our time here was nothing short of incredible. My family really appreciated how attentive the staff was and how remarkable the service was during our visit.
On top of the service, the food was nothing short of delicious. I seriously don’t think I’ve ate that much food in months. From the coconut shrimp,to the tex mex, to the chicken parm mac n cheese, I promise everything on the menu will exceed your expectation levels.
If I ever get the chance to be in Big Rapids again, Ruby Tuesdays would be my go to restaurant by far. I highly recommend!
