Dunkin'

Location often times closed with shortage of staff, which is understandable but the online ordering system can be turned off to let customers know the location is closed. I had been there twice already after placing mobile orders only to find the closed doors. If anyone has had the same issue, you can call dunkin's customer service (from the app) and they will refund you.

Not usually a person who writes reviews, but There is a saying that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch… There are some people that should have absolute zero interaction with the public, and this employee is candidate #1 of such. Someone who is this rude. angry and abrasive should be let go from a service type job.

Worst DD location I have ever been to. Went one time only, not sure if they are always like that I waited 20 minutes (there was only a family a head of me!) to order latte and ended up leaving because they don’t have any milk substitutes left (no oat, no almond and no coconut milk!) I greeted the cashier with a smile and says Hi to her after waiting 20 mins patiently waiting and she didn’t even greet me back! I understand that maybe they have shortage in staff and the employees are exhausted but at least put a sign saying you are out of milk substitutes so customers don’t waste their time. Don’t waste your time at DD and drive 5 minutes to Starbucks

If I could give it 0 stars, the attendants were super rude to me, she came with my coffee, knocked over my coffee And just threw the straws on the counter and left, then another attendant came over rude giving me the rest of the order practically throwing the request about me. So I asked for a support for the drinks and she just threw it on the counter. The worst service of all. They should teach their employees better how to treat a customer.

If I could give zero stars I would - what kind of manager cusses at a customer for unsubstantiated reasons? This manager has no people skills and her staff are following suit - not much of a leader - this so called manager ‘Deanna’ - is angry, foul mouthed, and unfit to be a manager- A growing trend- I am Finding more and more Dunkin’ Donuts owners hiring RUDE people - I guess the customer is always right is out the window, eh? What kind of establishment uses the F word when addressing a paying customer? Hopefully One that goes out of business sooner rather than later! The entire staff need a redo in customer service training.
