This location used to be so fast up until about a week ago. Not sure what happened. Today marks the 5th day in a row where I’ve been in the incredibly long drive thru line for well over 20 minutes. Incredibly frustrating as I waste my entire morning break waiting in a line.

This dunks is just weird and out of control and they don’t care to cook food.Wasn’t even warm with raw bacon.My sister is now sick.

So frustrated. First it was the drive thru closed early every day. Now you can not get served inside counter is closed. What is the sense of being even open!!!!!! I walk every morning to my neighborhood dunks. Get there and no counter service. Starbucks has me as a customer now.

Went this morning had mad experience!! Got few coffees 1 of the coffee wasn't close all the way end spilling all over my front seat in my new car! Went back to talk to someone guess didn't help even better the girl in the front she was being so rude she was like next to the next person like she didn't care! She give me new hot chocolate though I spill but it was my hot coffee was so piss she didn't care how feel when she give me the drink she was like next again!!!

Guys, it's a Dunkin Donuts in a gas station. You guys act like you got sneezed on because someone didn't make your coffee with 3 instead of 2 sugars.
But they do have this guy there who doesn't know that bacon egg and cheese is supposed to include an egg. It's been about 8 times so I'm finally going to say something.

I'm not sure of the guys name, but this guy has been getting ruder and ruder every day. The last time I went I went in I ordered one coffee he walked away to make it and asked "is that it?" I said "no there will be a couple more" he groaned full out not even trying to hide it GROANED at having to make more than one coffee. This is not the first time he has been rude but I won't be going back to this one.

Horrible customer service. The assistant manager was not on the floor when asking to speak with the manager to file a complaint. One of the employees was extremely confrontiontal. The whole issues sparked from me asking how long the donuts have been out. Unacceptable. These were like children running wild with their parents were away. I expect more from Beverly.
