Subway

Incompetent staff. Tried to order sub of the day as a salad and halfway through, they decided that they weren't doing that. Instead we started over with a normal sub which was on offer. Unfortunately they didn't know about their own offer and got really upset when I mentioned that the sub cost 30kr too much and blamed me for not informing them that They had an offer on. Rude, even for Sweden

My friend asked why she only got one single slice of cheese, whereas she got the response that they “melted together” even though it was obvious that they were just being cheap with the cheese. When asking the employees she got told that she could choose to forget about the order and the employee then proceeded to take the sub away, putting it behind the counter without even waiting for her response. It was obvious that she wanted the sub for herself. Really strange experience, not cool. I’m so confused.

We went at 21.50 aprox to take dinner there and eat inside because of course was really cold. Then, after have paid, the worker told us that we were not abble to stay in the place because was closing at 22.00. We said to her several times that is not possible, since in the website and infront of the door was explicitly said that subway closes at 23.00. The worker reject our opinions in an unacceptable way. This is the last time that I go to subway. Nice food, but this worker was crazy and must be fired out automatically from his job position. We went to the subway of Sturegatan 3, 114 35. Stockholm.
